President:
Tera Sherman
Tera started working for the school district in 2009 as a Kindergarten Teacher at Spring Creek Elementary. She knew then that she wanted to support students and families in the role of School Counselor so started her Masters program at FGCU that first year teaching. Currently, Tera is the school counselor at Rayma C. Page Elementary. This is her first year serving as the President of LCSCA. She will also have an active role in advocating for special instructional staff on the bargaining team. She is passionate about serving her students, families, and LCSCA members needs.
Vice President:
Keri Tutterow
Keri has been a school counselor since 2012. She is currently the Department head at North Fort Myers High School and High School Level Lead for LCSD. She served as Secretary of LCSCA for a couple of years and took a hiatus to coach high school level cheer and provide dedicated support for her two children in high school. She is excited to return to the LCSCA board and serve in this role with the opportunity to advocate for her fellow school counselors.
Secretary:
Gina Jones
Gina became a School Counselor in 1998. She attended the University of Tennessee. Currently, Gina is the North Fort Myers Academy of the Arts' school counselor. She has been an active LCSCA member since 2020. She also is a member and served as a Florida School Counselor Association speaker. She has held ASCA membership since 1998. She is grateful to serve her students, staff, families, and LCSCA members' needs.

Katie Hammond
Katie Hammond has been a School Counselor since 2009. She has experience in Collier County and Lee County and enjoys working with students of all ages - PreK through College. Katie has been an active member of LCSCA since joining the Lee County School District. She has been the LCSCA Treasurer since 2017.

Lori Wallace
Lori has been a School Counselor since 2007. She currently applies her counseling skills at Three Oaks Elementary in Estero. It is her calling to work with children. As past president of LCSCA, she is a strong advocate for the counseling profession and has also served on FSCA as Membership Co-Chair. Lori believes strongly in supporting families and other School Counselors to help all children be successful for life.
